Ms Rose O’Connor took some classes for an hour each on 11th October 2019 allowing them time to do some work with LEGO sets involving i-pads. Other classes will have their go on 18th October. This is as part of the STEM project we are involved in. The idea was to take turns with following the instructions on the I-pad and to build a working machine called Milo that moves by the end of the hour. Children just loved it and we thank Ms O’Connor so much for allowing us this opportunity. Click STEM for more pictures.
Ms Roisin Doyle’s 1st class had a brilliant morning on 8th October 2019 meeting, chatting to and creating dreams with the fabulous BFG! Tin Whistle lessons began n 10/10/2019 in some classes with teacher James Allman. James has helped the school in the past with our Scór music group and choir.
