Thanks to the Parent's Association for paying for Mark McCabe Skipnrope workshop on 13th February. We were all inspired to start skipping in the yard again and Mark was fantastic with the children, showing off his incredible skills as well as slowing the actions down really slowly to ensure you were skipping correctly. Most children try to skip too quickly- slow down the actions and make sure your hands come down as far as your pockets each turn. There are still some ropes left for sale in the office. Infants 7ft €6, 1st class upwards ropes 8.5ft €6 and long family ropes are €10. We hope to book Mark again for next year. Click here to see all the action shots.
